1. Who is responsible for your data

2. What we collect, and how

Information you give us. If you contact us through the inquiry form or by email, we receive what you choose to send: your name, your company and country, your email address and the requirement you describe. The form composes an email; it does not post your entry to this website, and nothing you type is stored on it.

Information your browser sends. The web server that delivers this site records standard request data — IP address, date and time, the page requested, the referring page and your browser's user-agent string — in its access logs. The site is hosted by [hosting provider] in [hosting location]. These logs are used to keep the site running and secure, not to profile visitors.

Web fonts. The typefaces on this site are served by Google Fonts. Requesting them discloses your IP address to Google. If you would rather not make that request, we can serve the fonts from this site instead — ask us and we will.

What we do not use. No analytics, tag managers, advertising pixels, social plug-ins or cross-site tracking. No cookies are set by this site.

3. Why we process it, and on what basis

• To answer your inquiry and, if it leads there, to perform a contract with you — the lawful basis is the steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and the performance of that contract.
• To run and secure the website — the lawful basis is our legitimate interest in a working, safe site.
• To meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations connected with export and supply — the lawful basis is compliance with a legal obligation.
• To send commercial information about our products and services, where you have asked for it — the lawful basis is your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only where it is necessary: with our hosting provider, with the email provider that carries our correspondence, with professional advisers, and with the manufacturer or third party whose product your inquiry concerns, when a quotation or an export document requires it. Where a transfer leaves India, we take the steps the applicable law requires and share only what the request needs.

5. How long we keep it

Inquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to deal with the request and for a reasonable period afterwards, so that a follow-up question can be answered. Records tied to an order are kept for the period the applicable commercial, tax and pharmaceutical-export rules require. Server access logs are kept for a short, rolling period. Correspondence that has no further purpose is deleted.

6. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Access to the mailbox and to any records we hold is limited to the people who need it for the purpose above. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot promise absolute security; we can promise that we hold no more of your data than the inquiry requires.

7. Children

This site is for professional buyers. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

8. Your rights

Subject to the law that applies to you, you may ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable form.
